... for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings relating to Matelli Police Station Case No. 233 of 2013 dated 31.10.2013 under Section 3(ii) (iv) (v) and (xv) of the Schedules Castes and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act.

None appeared on behalf of the State. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned Advocate is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Records reflect that on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court under the relevant sections for which the case was registered for investigation. The case of the SDPO who conducted the investigation of the case was that the accused persons had illegally possessed the land of complainant and, as such, committed offence as has been alleged by the complainant.

In view of the conclusion arrived at by the investigating agency, I am of the opinion that the factual

circumstances which has been canvassed by the petitioner, in the instant revisional application cannot be appreciated in a summary manner. Thus, no interference is called for. Accordingly CRR 93 of 2015 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
