The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Simlapal Police Station in investigating into an FIR being Simlapal PS Case No. 91 of 2018 dated 06.12.2018.

The police submit that they have investigated the matter and filed charge sheet being Simlapal P.S. Charge Sheet No. 14 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019 under Sections 420/406 of the IPC against the respondent no.5.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the police.

The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
