Mr. Mukteswar Maity Ms. Manika Sarkar .....For the Petitioner Mr. Ranjan Dey .....For the ED The petitioner is aggrieved by a summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate to appear in connection with the investigation relating to M/s. Bharat Krishi Samridhi Industries Limited.

This Court is of the view that the notice of summons issued to the petitioner under the P.M.L.A. Act cannot be violative of any rights of the petitioner.

In the event, the petitioner apprehends that any warrant of arrest or any coercive measures will be taken up by the respondent, he avail remedies under of Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The writ petition is disposed of without any order. Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
