Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner informed the police station against the Presiding Officer of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission at Baruipur. The report of the police authorities reflects that an enquiry was held. However, no substance was found and prima facie, according to the police officer, the same was found to be false and fabricated.

Mr. Dasgupta, learned advocate appears for the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the findings of the police authorities, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 3024 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
