Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner as the Branch Manager was involved in disbursing loan to the persons who were not entitled thereto and taking money from such persons.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 805 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
