Service of the contempt petition has been effected on the alleged contemnors as would appear from the affidavit of service filed in Court today. In spite of service, nobody appears for the alleged contemnors. 2.

It appears that the alleged contemnors have taken Court proceedings very lightly.

There will be a Rule as prayed for against both the alleged contemnors.

The Rule is made returnable on March 20, 2025. 5.

The petitioners shall put in Special Messenger Cost with the Department within a week from date to expedite service of the Rule on the alleged contemnors. List the matter on March 20, 2025.
