Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted the victim with a sharp cutting weapon. Victim had been hospitalized. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
