The petitioners complain of illegal construction/encroachment of a public land in front of their property which is obstructing their egress and ingress from/into the property.

It appears that the petitioners filed an application before the respondent No. 6 and others for removal of such encroachment and demolition of illegal construction, if any.

Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties.

Respondent No. 6 is hereby directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners on 26th November, 2020 within one month from the date of

communication of this order after giving the parties the right of hearing in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 3430 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
