Hence, her bail ought to be cancelled. Learned Counsel for the State produces the case diary. We have considered the materials on record.

Supplementary charge-sheet was filed against the opposite party no. 2 under Sections 448/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that she is not the principal accused. Whether she conspired with the principal accused to administer acid may be assessed during trial.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances and as opposite party no. 2 is a lady and there is no chance of her abscondance, we are not inclined to interfere with the order of granting bail to her.
