Mr. Avishek Sinha ... for the State The Report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge Chinsurah Police Station Chandannagar Police Commissionerate dated 05.01.2024 stated that appellant i.e. Mahendranath Biswas has expired on 12.11.1998 supported by a copy of the cremation certificate. The said report along with cremation certificate be kept on record. Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed of.
