1. The petitioner says that charge-sheet has been filed without the FSL report. Therefore, the ratio of the decision in the case of Idul Mia in CRM (NDPS) 1359 of 2024 would apply and the petitioner should be granted statutory bail.

2. Learned State advocate shows us the charge-sheet from the case diary. The charge-sheet specifically records the FSL report.

3. Hence, the petitioner's contention is not correct. Commercial quantity of ganja (about 55 kgs.) being involved, we are not

inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

1. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

2. CRM (NDPS) 190 of 2025 is disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

4. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
