For the petitioner The petitioners say that the goods belonging to the petitioners were illegally detained and, as such, this writ petition was filed challenging such action. During the pendency of the writ petition, the authorities have passed the order for detention. The petitioner, therefor, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of detention before the appropriate forum. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the order of detention before the appropriate forum as permissible in law.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
