( Via Video Conference ) akb Mr. Goutam Kumar Maity ...For the Petitioner Inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated April 08, 2021 which are corrected as under :- The phrase "initial and" be inserted in between the words "of the - revised" appearing in the 9th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 and in between the words "on the - revised" appearing in the 5th line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order.

The date "01.6.2009" appearing in the 6th line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the date "01.10.1997".

The order dated April 08, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated April 08, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated April 08, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
