Mr. Sachit Taludar ...for the State The petitioner seeks correction of typographical error in the order dated April 03, 2025 and also relaxation of conditions of bail imposed upon her.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that inadvertent error has crept into the order dated April 03, 2025 which is corrected as follows. In the fourth paragraph of second page of the order "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas" be read as "learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated on April 03, 2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a destitute lady has not been able to furnish

local sureties for which she is still languishing in custody despite being granted bail by this Court.

Considering the circumstances, the condition of bail be modified to the extent that the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be an advocate surety. The other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN No. 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
