Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.6 submits that although an affidavit in opposition was filed on behalf of her client, the same was not recorded in the order.

It appears that an affidavit in opposition of respondent no.6 is indeed present in the record. Therefore, the order dated 20.04.2023 is corrected to the extent that an affidavit in opposition filed on behalf of the respondent no.6 was taken on record on that date. The inadvertent error is hereby corrected and the order dated 20.04.2023 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
