Mr. Banerjee, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for leave to file a supplementary affidavit incorporating the orders passed in a writ petition arising out of proceedings for requisition and acquisition in respect of a portion of the property in question.

Leave as prayed for by Mr. Banerjee, is granted.

The supplementary affidavit filed in court today is taken on record.

Mr. Banerjee submits that a copy of such supplementary affidavit has already been served upon the learned Advocate-on-Record of the KMDA. Heard Mr. Banerjee, learned senior counsel.

Mr. Advocate General commences his argument for the KMDA/requiring body.

However, he prays for some time to go through certain factual issues involved in this writ petition. As prayed for by the learned Advocate General, list this matter in the next week under the heading "Continuing Matters".
