The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Petitioner has prayed for transfer from her present school to another school and in this regard a transfer application has been made before the concerned respondent authority.

However, it is also submitted that petitioner was selected in 1st SLST 2016 (Classes IX and X) and subsequently on recommendation of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher in a Government aided school.

It has been jointly submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that the entire selection process of SLST 2016

(Classes IX, X, XI and XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed, without any order as to costs.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
