The writ petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, Malda in the year 2009. He has filed the instant writ petition challenging the selection process which was actually completed in the year 2021. The writ petition has been on 3rd February, 2023.

The writ petitioner is, therefore, covered under the order dated 26th April, 2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin & Ors.

Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.). The

petitioners shall be entitled to appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the said order.

The petitioner shall produce his documents along with the copy of this order before the DPSC, Malda, who shall carefully scrutinize the same and thereafter take steps according to the aforesaid order and the order dated 26th April, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
