Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for relaxation of conditions of bail. There are adverse report so far as the present petitioner is concerned. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the fact that trial of the case has not progressed substantially, I am not inclined to relax the conditions of bail imposed on 23.02.2022. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2026 is dismissed.
