Petitioner prays for bail on the ground of detention for 3 years 9 months.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the evidence of the Investigating Officer is in progress. Having considered that the final stage of the case so far as the prosecution is concerned has reached, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that no unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties and at the earliest, the evidence of the Investigating Officer of the case is concluded.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 264 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
