Petitioner has complied with condition of bail imposed upon him.

Under such circumstances, condition imposed on the petitioner directing him not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of the district of Burdwan and to report to the Officer in charge of the police station concerned where he shall reside once in a week, is waived.

However, petitioner shall meet the Officer in charge, Kulti P.S once in a month until further orders and shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 3 of 2022 is disposed of.
