Sampa Parua v. Bipul Parua

2023-05-15Hon'Ble Justice Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury2 pages

15.5.2023 ct. 236 sk,sl.3 C.R.R. 288 of 2012 In the matter of : Sampa Parua Mr. Pratick Kr. Bhattacharyya ...for the petitioner.

Mr. Kallol Mondal ...for the O.P.

.

Heard Mr. Bhattacharyya and Mr. Kallol Mondal upon perusal of order dated 1st March, 2013, I find that the Co-ordinate Bench while passing the order observed that the way the petitioner Sampa Parua and her brother-in-law dealt with Mr. Bhattacharyya should be enquired into as to whether any action can be taken against "Sampa Parua as well as Arup Mondal".

Mr. Bhattacharyya with all fairness submits that Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench addressed his grievances. Nothing remains to alleviate his trauma as an advocate.

Though Mr.

Bhattacharyya is ready with an affidavit, I do not think the same would be required for adjudication of this issue.

Mr. Soumen Dutta, learned Member of the Bar was also present before the Co-ordinate Bench when the matter was taken up and had his say.

Under such circumstances, I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed as it would amount to flogging a dead horse.

The revisional application is disposed of, however, without costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis..
