None appears on behalf of either of the parties.

On the last occasion in the year 2019 when it was called for the parties were also not present. Considering the conduct of the petitioner it appears to me that the petitioner is not at all interested of this matter.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

Any interim order passed by this Court on the earlier occasion is also vacated.
