Despite service of notice, the private respondents are not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner complains that the private respondents are obstructing construction over his land. The petitioner had purchased the land sometime ago.

The petitioner also complains that the private respondents threaten and intimidate him every time he commences construction.

In that view of the matter, the Inspector-incharge, Narendrapur Police Station, Baruipur Police District shall deploy a police picket comprising of two constables at the construction site of the petitioner at the petitioner's costs. The costs shall be calculated and communicated the petitioner. The deployment shall take effect after costs are being deposited. The

deployment of the police picket shall continue for a period of one month.

In the event the private respondents have any grievance with regard to the petitioner's title to the property, they may approach the Civil Court.

Narendrapur Police shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate a copy of this order to the Narendrapur Police Station.
