Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the opposite parties and the receipt of notice given to the learned advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner are taken on record. In spite of service, petitioner is not represented. On the earlier occasion, the petitioner was also not represented.

Accordingly, I have reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the application.

The revisional application, being C.O. 323 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There will be no order as to costs.
