By the impugned order, the learned Judge granted anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim suffered grievous hurt. He refers to the photographs of the injuries suffered by the victim. He submits that prior to the grant of the anticipatory bail, the victim was threatened by the private opposite parties.

The impugned order is well-reasoned. The learned Judge considered the situation in which the incident occurred. The learned Judge found that the injury report classified the injury as simple. The learned Judge proceeded to grant anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties. In such circumstances, we find no irregularity in the impugned order warranting interference by the High Court.
