Today, Ms. Sumana Biswas, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same she has filed one letter dated 4th January, 2022 e-mailed to the learned advocate on record of the petitioners. It appears that in spite of service of notice no one appears for the respondents. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
