1. Mr. Roy, learned Advocate representing the petitioners, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation. Mr. Roy further submits that the petitioners are willing to pay

the admissible dues to the Port Trust and to utilize the space on the same terms and conditions as those outlined in the lease agreement between the Port Trust and the Company.

2. Mr. Saha, learned Senior Advocate representing the Port Trust, is requested to file a report in the form of an affidavit disclosing the stand of the Port Trust with respect to the submissions made by Mr. Roy on the returnable date.

3. Let such report be filed on 11th July, 2025 at 1.00 PM under the same heading.
