Banerjee) ... petitioners Ms. Anasuya Sinha Mr. Pinak Kumar Mitra ... for the State Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Sinha, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance be regularised by the concerned authorities. Records of the revisional application reflect that reliance has been placed only on the orders of anticipatory bail, FIR and the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. The documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. were yet to be received by the petitioners when the revisional application was preferred. Petitioners as such are granted liberty to prefer an application under Section 239 of the Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional court thereby ventilating their grievance and ground of discharge.

Learned jurisdictional court will dispose of the said application without being influenced by the order of this court.

CRR 477 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
