Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits, upon instruction, that an appeal has been carried from the order passed by this Bench on 28.06.2024 and the same is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instruction, that the police have already registered FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The same stands disposed of by directing the police to act strictly in accordance with law for investigating the FIR that has been registered.

Report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Barjora P.S. signed on 05.07.2024 is retained with the records.
