In view of our order made earlier today expediting hearing of the appeal (F.M.A.T. 57 of 2021), from the order dismissing the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, we do not think that anything remains in the present appeal from an order under Section 9 of the said Act.

This is so because by our orders dated 10th February, 2021 and 10th March, 2021 in the present appeal we have directed interim measures to be taken by the parties. We feel that no further interim protection is necessary at this stage.

With those observations, we dispose of this appeal (F.M.A.T. 87 of 2021) with liberty to either party to take

out an application for interim relief when the cause of action arises.

The impugned order is modified to the above extent.
