In view of the successful Mediation, the Court finds no use of keeping the matter pending any more. The transfer application, is, this disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to bring it to the notice of this order before the learned court below for the ultimate disposal of the pending Matrimonial Suit.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
