We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had raped the minor victim. She has been examined in part. 3.

In view of nature of offence and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
