Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner wanted to hold Tribeni Kumbho Mahotsav Programme at Shibpur Ground on 11.02.2024, 12.02.2024 and 13.02.2024. Permission was not being granted for the same. After filing of the writ petition, the Additional District Magistrate has accorded permission to the petitioner to hold a programme on the vacant RR land at Banshberia, Hooghly on certain terms. The petitioner is agreeable to the same. Therefore, its grievance does not survive.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
