Mr. Dhiman Kumar Sengupta Ms. Farhin Mustaque ..for the Respondent No.5 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the 18.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.112 Rakib representation which was made to the police authorities was not acted upon.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner and the private respondent are at loggerheads in respect of the issues relating to a property. Be that as it may, since the representation which was made is of January, 2024, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the local police station, in case he is facing similar inconvenience till date. The concerned police authorities will take steps in accordance with law and inform the outcome of any enquiry conducted within a period of 15 days from the date of conclusion of such enquiry.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2890 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
