This instant appeal is preferred at the behest of the appellants challenging the order dated 21.12.1990 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, (under the Essential Commodities Act) Midnapore in M.R. Case No. 6 of 1990 thereby forfeiting the bond and imposing a penalty of Rs.2000/- upon the appellants.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the appellant that the appellant has already deposited the amount of Rs. 2000/- . 5.
A report is called for by this Court dated 21.5.2024 from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore. In compliance with the said direction a report is submitted by the learned C.J.M., Medinipore, stating that an amount of Rs. 2000/- has already been deposited vide a receipt No. 2860284 dated 16.4.2024, in the cash Section of the office of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore. 6.
It is said by the learned Advocate for the appellants that the amount to the tune of Rs. 2000/- as directed by the learned Trial Court has been deposited, so the instant appeal be at the same becomes infractuous.

I have gone through the impugned order and find that there is nothing to interfere with it.

Accordingly, the instant appeal being CRA 110 of 1991 is dismissed on merit.

The order passed by the learned Trial Court stands affirmed.
10. Let the Trial Court Record alongwith the copy of this order be sent down to the learned Trial Court, immediately.
