1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Evidence of the minor shows she was subjected to penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
