Ms. Aindrila De, learned advocate submits that the petitioner has already expired and accordingly the revisional application has become infructuous. She files a copy of death certificate dated 03.12.2016 issued by the Registrar, Births and Deaths, Midnapore Municipality. Let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the aforesaid death certificate that the petitioner namely Sri Gouri Sankar Lodha had already expired on 04.09.2016. In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed. All connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
