The petitioner seeks demolition of an "illegal building" on a common passage. The representation submitted by the petitioner, however, does not allege the construction of any building; it only refers to "encroachment" by respondent nos. 8 and 9. The writ petition itself does not specify the nature of the construction allegedly raised by respondent nos. 8 and 9. The petitioner cannot expect this Court to initiate demolition proceedings in the absence of specific nature of the construction. Accordingly, WPA 3020 of 2025 stands dismissed.
