And In Re : Sourav Bhowmick ...... petitioner Mr. Raja Biswas ....for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Ms. Sonali Das ....for the State There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in running a racket on an international arena defrauding members of the public on the internet platform. Requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 579 of 2023 is dismissed.
