The subject mater of the revisional application relate to the proceedings arising out of Balurghat Police Station Case No. 56 of 2012 dated 03.02.2012 under Sections 406/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner approached this court at a stage when the chargesheet was submitted under the relevant sections. Mrs. Sujata Das, learned advocate appears on behalf ot the State.

I have perused the contentions in the revisional application as well as the documents which have been enclosed along with the application, I do not find that the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on which the prosecution relied to prove its case was handed over to the petitioner at the stage when the application was preferred before this court. As such, the revisional application so preferred was premature. Thus, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 116 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
