Ms. Sujata Das Ms. Debjani Sahu ... For the State < None appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. On February 12, 2007 this revisional application was admitted and the petitioner was directed to serve copy of the revisional application upon the opposite parties and file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing. No such affidavit of service is on record.

Fourteen years have passed since filing of this criminal revisional application and no steps have been taken up by the petitioner.

In the light of the same, I am of the view that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursing this lis.

Accordingly, this criminal revisional application is dismissed for default.

The department concerned shall communicate the order passed in Court today to the Court below.

The department concerned shall ensure the acknowledgement of receipt of their communication. A report of compliance to be placed before this Court after two weeks. The lower court is directed to expeditiously act in accordance with law.
