By the said order the petitioner's bail prayer was allowed, inter alia, On condition that he shall remain within the jurisdiction of the Raiganj Police Station and shall meet the O.C./I.C. of concerned Police Station twice in every week until further orders.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State placed a report, which discloses that the petitioner has more or less complied the conditions imposed in the said bail order dated 06.03.2025. Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State, the condition imposed in the bail order dated 6th March, 2025 is hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of the Raiganj Police Station and shall met the O.C./I.C.

of the concerned Police Station 'once in every fortnight until further orders' instead of 'twice in every week until further orders'. Other portion of the bail order shall remain unaltered.

The application for relaxation of condition of bail stands disposed of.
