Records reveal that the petitioner along with others earlier preferred an application for anticipatory bail being CRM no.10537 of 2020. In the said application, the petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected. Subsequent thereto, there had been no substantial change in the facts and circumstances of the case and as such the present application being CRM no.1279 of 2021 is dismissed.
