The petitioner seeks mutual transfer from Nutan Amirpur Junior Basic Schools, PO - Joteram, under Sadar East Circle, Purba Bardhaman with the respondent No.11, who is a teacher at Nabin Chandra FP School, Rajarhat West Circle, North 24-Parganas under the DPSC, North 24-Parganas.

In the above circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall pass appropriate order of mutual transfer subject to compliance of all formalities by the writ petitioner and the respondent No.11.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
