Mr.Rananeesh Guha Thakurta Mr. Shib Sankar Banerjee ......for the petitioner (on V/C) The present writ application has been preferred praying for quashing of the 2nd purported Code No. 74000637540001009 in respect of the petitioner.

On being refused an order of stay by this Court, the petitioner herein preferred an appeal before the Division Bench being MAT 222 of 2025. Vide an order dated 17.03.2025, the appellate Court disposed of the appeal along with the writ application, by directing as follows:- "4.

The appellant shall file a fresh appeal before the appellate authority, disclosing all documents, in connection with the subject lis, within a period of 7 days from date with a copy to the respondents. 7.

It is also made clear that the appellant authority shall proceed independently in the matter, uninfluenced by any observations of either the Single Bench or this Court."

Vide an order dated 20.03.2025 the appellate Court made certain corrections in the order dated

17.03.2025 and directed that the present writ petition being WPA 3021 of 2025 was disposed of along with appeal being MAT 222 of 2025.

In view of the said orders of the appellate Court, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
