Both the revisional applications are disposed of by a single order.

The genesis of the case relates to Garhbeta Police Station Case No.112 of 2006 dated 09.10.2006 under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Record reflects that, on 21st July, 2022, a direction was passed upon Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State to furnish a report through the Officer-in-Charge of Garhbeta Police Station in respect of the submission advanced before this Court by the petitioners as well as the private opposite party no.2.

Let the report be kept with the record.

A report has been enclosed along with the statement and communication received from the private opposite party no.2, namely, Gayatri Prasad Mishra @ Gayatri Mishra. The contents reflects that there has been amicable settlement between the parties and the nature of the disputes for which the criminal case was registered are purely private and personal in nature and no public policy is involved in the same.

Accordingly, all further proceedings being G.R. No.1333 of 2006 arising out of Garhbeta Police Station Case No.112 of 2006 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Garhbeta, Paschim Medinipore is hereby quashed.

Accordingly, CRR 271 of 2018 is allowed.

CRR 1793 of 2008 is, thus, disposed of.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order is hereby made absolute.
