The petitioners claim that they have been found eligible for the post of Assistant Teacher in Arabic Madrasah (M.M)-(H/PG) in Non-Govt. aided Madrasahs in 6th State Level Selection Test, 2013. The grievance of the petitioners is that they sought information from the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 regarding their overall score in the written and personality test in the said Test of 2013 along with some other information but such information have not been supplied to them till date. The petitioners are praying a direction upon the respondents to supply them the information sought for.

The petitioners can very well assail their said grievance in appeal under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

In view of availability of efficacious alternative remedy WPA 3508 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
