The instant revisional application was filed with a prayer of quashing the entire criminal proceedings being Dum Dum PS case no. 33 of 2017 dated 9th January, 2017 under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has placed the case diary of the instant case before this court. On perusal of the materials on record, I find that after completion of the investigation of the case referred to above final report as mistake of facts (FRMF) was filed on 26.07.2017. Therefore, question of quashing the proceedings of that case in connection with Dum Dum PS case no. 33 of 2017 dated 9th January, 2017, does not arise. The instant revisional application stands dismissed. All pending applications, if there be any, stand disposed of. The interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
