This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiff in Title Suit No. 576 of 2013, praying for expeditious disposal of the said suit, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

As the suit is one for recovery of khas possession under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, this court finds that justice would be subserved if the learned court below is directed to dispose of the said Title Suit as expeditiously as possible.

It appears that an application under Section 151 of the CPC filed by the plaintiff is also pending. This revisional application is disposed of without entering into the merits of the case and by directing the learned court below to dispose of the Title Suit No. 576 of 2013 along with all pending applications within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the learned advocate on record for the opposite parties appearing in the learned court below.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
